Optional services (such as implementation, support and training) will still incur charges during your first month of service. These charges will be invoiced on the first invoice that is issued to you (i.e. at the end of your first month). Our support team will always let you know if a support request will incur any additional charges prior to completing any work for you.

If you decide that you no longer want to use EvolvePay, you can cancel your account at any time. Cancellation requests made during your first month will be actioned immediately by our support team, however, please allow at least 3 business days for processing of your cancellation request. If you keep your account with EvolvePay but need to cancel it at any time in the future, a 30 day notice period will apply to any cancellation requests. Cancellation requests should be emailed to support@evolvepay.com.au . Any outstanding charges for optional services that have been incurred by you will be invoiced to you prior to your account closure.
